What is Guttering & Fascia Works?
Guttering is a catchment system fixed to the fascia at the lowest section of your roof. Guttering is used to capture water runoff and guides it to a predetermined position through the use of a downpipe which allows water to be redirected to rainwater tanks or drainage systems.
The Fascia is a horizontal ‘board’ or fixture which caps the end of the trusses on the outside of the building and is used to fix the gutter to the roof.
Why do I need this?
Sooner or later all fascia and guttering needs repair or replacement. A faulty gutter can lead to water/flood damage, staining, damage to soffits, timber rot and minimises the transfer of water to drainage systems or water tanks.
How can FDA help me?
FDA will inspect all areas of your guttering and fascia and report on areas of concern. We can also redesign current configurations to maximise water drainage or water catchment utilising water tanks.
